We stand by our products and strive for ensuring our customers are happy and satisfied with their orders. However, for whatever reason, our exchange policy is not ideal and you have received a product not up to your standard you may request a refund.

Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:

  • SALE items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Ensure to check for correct sizes before purchasing.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and are unwashed.

  • Return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility.

  • FREE Return shipping will be provided if the item received is a manufacturing defect. Evidence will need to be provided within 3 days after the item is delivered.

  • Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a refund, please complete the following steps:

  • Login to our online return portal using your email address and login details. Or, use the contact us form. Ensure your email and order number are included.

  • Select the order number you wish to get refunded from your order with reason and use the contact us form. If a factory defect, be prepared to send evidence when it is requested.

  • Send all items back to us per the policy requirement. Shipping detail is provided in your Order section.

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for the return to be done available once the item has been received. Check with your bank on how many days before it is available to your account.

  • Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Fashion By Sash is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit.
